Another newsletter from Nantucket (USA)! Last week I met John Holdren here in Nantucket. John is a Climate Change expert and he was also the chief advisor Science & Technology for president Barack Obama. I met with him after his talk in Nantucket and interviewed him. How was it to work together for 8 years? What were Obama’s views on Climate and how is it different from Trump? Part 2 of the interview!

It’s festival season right now and people are buying and reselling their festival tickets. However, on the secondary ticketing market I never know if a ticket is legit and sometimes the prices for resold tickets are insanely high! Maarten Bloemers of GUTS tickets has a solution by levering Blockchain technology to solve these issues in today’s ticketing market on which he tells all about at the Blockchain Innovation Conference!

The Former Director of the ICA, General David Petraeus, gave an incredible talk. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to interview him, but I’ve summarized the highlights for you!

In our Nantucket house we’ve had internet by Verizon for 28 years because we wanted to have broadband internet, but it was a disaster! It often didn’t work and was very slow. This week I finally had enough of it and we changed to Xfinity: 10x faster and half the price!
