Globalization creates new opportunities for companies all over the world. However, within internationalbusiness organizations face a lot of different obstacles such as differences in communication. Companiesin Limburg should focus on innovative areas to stay ahead of the competition. The Limburg regionpositions itself as an European Technological Top Region (TTR Euregio). Limburg wants to stimulate thecooperation between companies and knowledge institutions in Limburg and its surrounding German andBelgium provinces. An important aspect to keep in mind is sustainability. Innovative development shouldfit present needs, without jeopardizing the capabilities to fulfill the needs of future generations. Duringthis congress, we will emphasize from this point of view on the improvement of the reciprocalcooperation of companies in the Euregio.
